NameDrop takes your privacy seriously. Your information beyond your name and email address is stored locally on your phone and not with us. We do not access this info at any time. When you choose to send your info from your phone to someone else, this info is encrypted and secure. We do hope to send you an email or text message or two, but if you don’t want to hear from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Purpose. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how NameDrop Solutions, Inc. (“NameDrop”) collects, uses and shares information about you through our online interfaces (e.g., websites and mobile application) owned and controlled by us, including www.namedropapp.com (the “Site”) and the NameDrop mobile app (the “NameDrop App”) (the Site and the NameDrop App are collectively referred to herein as our “Digital Properties”). Scope; Third Party Sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through our Digital Properties. Our Digital Properties also contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by NameDrop. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Digital Properties and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal information.

Information You Provide to Us
The NameDrop App
While you can store your personal information in the NameDrop App, that information is not transmitted to, or otherwise stored by, NameDrop. All of your personal information is stored on your mobile device and encrypted. You must use a PIN to access the NameDrop App. When you use the NameDrop App to fill in a form, your personal information is transmitted to the applicable company and is encrypted during transmission. The only personal information we collect from you and maintain on our servers is your mobile telephone number.
The information stored on your mobile device can include personal information that may be needed to fill out forms for businesses using the NameDrop service such as name, address(es), telephone numbers, Social Security number, credit card number, bank account information, etc. You control what information that you load into the NameDrop App and who you share it with.

Information We Collect Automatically Through Your Use of our Site
- Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to collect certain information relating to your use of the Site. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the Site analyze how users use the site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
To Provide Products, Services, and Information. We collect information from you in order to provide the functionality available through the NameDrop App and to respond to your inquiries.
Sharing with Third Parties. We may provide information to third party service providers that help us operate and manage our Digital Properties, process orders, and fulfill and deliver products and services that you purchase from us. These service providers will have access to your personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.
Advertising. We may use how you use our Site to show you ads for NameDrop or our advertising partners that are more relevant to your interests. We may use cookies and other information to provide relevant interest-based advertising to you. Interest-based ads are ads presented to you based on your browsing behavior in order to provide you with ads more tailored to your interests. These interest-based ads may be presented to you while you are browsing our site or third-party sites not owned by NameDrop.
We belong to ad networks that may use your browsing history across participating websites to show you interest-based advertisements on those websites. Currently, our Site does not recognize if your browser sends a “do not track” signal or similar mechanism to indicate you do not wish to be tracked or receive interest-based ads. Legal Proceedings. We will share personal information with third party companies, organizations or individuals outside of NameDrop if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

- Enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations.
- Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes or we otherwise transfer assets relating to our business or the Digital Properties to a third party, such as by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer or sell your personal information to the new owner. In such a case, unless permitted otherwise by applicable law, your information would remain subject to the promises made in the applicable privacy policy unless you agree differently.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CHOICES
You can access and update certain information we have relating to your online account by using the NameDrop App. If you have questions about personal information we have about you or need to update your information, you can Contact Us or call us at (424) 218-0565. You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from NameDrop by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature contained in the e-mails. You can close your online account by contacting us and uninstalling the NameDrop App. If you close your account, we will no longer use your online account information or share it with third parties. We may, however, retain a copy of the information for archival purposes, and to avoid identity theft or fraud.
We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN UNITED STATES
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or other jurisdiction outside of the U.S., in order to provide our Digital Properties, products and services to you, we may send and store your personal information (also commonly referred to as personal data) outside of the EEA, including to the United States.
